We want you to feel confident in your purchase. If you’re not satisfied, we’re here to help.

Return Window

You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging

  • All original tags and labels must be attached

  • Proof of purchase (e.g., order number or receipt) is required

Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, email us at sales@hilltopnord.com with the following:

  • Your full name

  • Order number

  • Reason for return

We’ll respond within 1–2 business days with detailed return instructions and the return address.

Important: Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method and retaining your receipt.


Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery.
Contact us immediately at sales@hilltopnord.com if:

  • Your item is defective or damaged

  • You receive the wrong item

We’ll evaluate the issue and make it right as quickly as possible.


Exchanges

We do accept exchanges.
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please email sales@hilltopnord.com with your order details and request.

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability

  • Items must meet the same return conditions as above (unworn, unused, original packaging)

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping, but we will cover the shipping cost for the exchanged item sent back to you

Our team will guide you through the exchange process once your request is approved.


European Union Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, under the EU Consumer Rights Directive.

To qualify:

  • Items must be in original condition (unused, with tags, and in original packaging)

  • Proof of purchase is required


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the outcome.
If approved:

  • A refund will be issued to your original payment method

  • Refunds are typically processed within 10 business days

Please note: It may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you haven't received a refund, please contact us at sales@hilltopnord.com.
