WASHING

Cotton:
- Machine wash with cold or warm water.
- Use mild detergent.
- Avoid bleach (unless fabric is white).
- Some cotton may shrink if not pre-shrunk.

Linen/ Flax:
- Use gentle cycle with cold or lukewarm water (30°C / 86°F).
- Hand washing is recommended for delicate items.
- Use a mild detergent; avoid bleach or fabric softener.
- Wash separately or with like colors, especially during first washes.

Ramie:
- Hand wash in cool or lukewarm water for best results.
- Machine wash on gentle cycle if necessary.
- Use mild detergent; avoid bleach and fabric softeners.
- Wash with similar colors to prevent dye transfer.

DRYING

Cotton:
- Tumble dry on low heat.
- Remove while slightly damp to prevent wrinkles.
- Line drying is recommended to avoid shrinkage.
- Avoid high heat.

Linen/ Flax:
- Air drying is recommended: lay flat or hang.
- If using a dryer, choose low heat and remove while still damp.
- Do not over-dry to prevent stiffness or brittleness.

Ramie:
- Air dry flat or hang to maintain shape.
- Tumble dry on low only if necessary, and remove promptly.
- Avoid high heat to prevent fiber damage.
